Zenith International's associate forging unit under the name of Silver Forge Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading closed die hot forging unit, which is located in Metoda, Rajkot. It was established in 2004 in 5000 sq.meters area with well equipped facilities to produce quality forgings. We have gained quality experience by serving to varous OEMs. The plant has a capacity of 400MT per month and our sources of raw materials of Carbon, Alloy, Stainless Steel and Aluminium are approved steel plants such as RINL, ISSAL, MUSCO, BHUSHAN, KALYANI, REMI, etc. We manufacture profile job from 1kg to 15kg and round job from 1kg to 25kg. The company is ISO 9001-2015, PED and AD 2000 MERKBLAT. We certified company from TUV Germany. The plant is well quipped with in-house Die / Tooling development with Vertical Milling Centre (VMC) Machines and fully equipped forge shop with 1.0T / 1.5T / 2.5T belt drop hammers.
